Moroccan/North
his set contains both traditional Moroccan style designs, as well as Tunisian and North African fusion. Note more geometric style that lacks obvious symbols such as animals or faces. Instead the designs prominently feature symbols, such as the khamsa (hand or 5 pointed motifs), and triangular shapes to ward off the evil eye. Other symbols, such as the chevron are a fertility symbol, while stars represent the heavens. Water symbols and vines or flowers can also be seen.
